Acceptance of terms
By subscribing to or using NovaStar IPTV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
Your login details are for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling or redistributing your account is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund.
The number of simultaneous streams allowed depends on the package you purchase.
Acceptable use
The service is intended for personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not use it for public performance, re-broadcasting, or any unlawful purpose.
Service availability
We work hard to keep streams stable, but no streaming service can guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. Channel line-ups may change as providers update their content.
If a persistent issue affects your service, contact support and we will resolve it or offer a replacement line.
Payments and renewal
Subscriptions are paid in advance for the period you choose. Plans do not auto-renew — you renew only if you want to, by contacting us again.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
