Frequently Asked Questions

Does IPTV work on every Android phone and tablet?

No. Compatibility depends on the Android version, device certification, hardware and the available player. Most current certified Android devices support compatible player applications, but older or uncertified models may have limited availability or performance.

Can I install the same player on my phone and tablet?

A subscription can be configured on a compatible device, but only one device should be actively using the subscription at a time.

Can I use mobile data?

Yes, but streaming can consume significant data. Monitor your data allowance and connection stability, and switch to Wi-Fi for longer viewing sessions when possible.

What is the difference between the player and subscription?

The player is third-party software installed on your device. The subscription supplies the authorized account details loaded into that player. A player does not automatically include content or a subscription.

Should I disable Google Play Protect?

No. Keep Google Play Protect enabled and avoid installing applications from unknown sources or unverified installation files.

Can I test NovaStar IPTV first?

Yes. NovaStar offers a free 24-hour trial with no payment details required.
